Speaker labels and accuracy

Whisper produces a single continuous transcript without speaker labels. For internal action-item extraction it's almost always enough — paste the transcript into ChatGPT/Claude with "Summarize decisions and action items" and you'll get clean output. For legal or HR use, pair with a tool that does diarization.
