WebGenAI provides free online tools (calculators, converters, generators, and utilities). You may use the Service for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

All content, design, branding, code, and other materials on the Service are the property of WebGenAI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Outputs generated by users using the Service (e.g. QR codes, formatted JSON, compressed images, calculation results) belong to the user.
4. Tool outputs and accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that our tools produce accurate results. However, the Service is provided for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. See our Disclaimer for details.
5. Third-party content and links
The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for it. Advertisements served via Google AdSense or other ad networks are subject to those networks' own terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBGENAI, ITS OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 50.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WebGenAI harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the homepage or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WebGenAI's operator is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
