How real-time browser transcription works
The browser's SpeechRecognition API streams audio from your microphone to a recognition engine (typically a cloud model in Chrome, on-device in Safari) and returns interim and final transcripts in real time.
For best accuracy: use a quiet room, speak at a normal pace, and pick the matching language. Punctuation must be spoken explicitly (e.g. say "comma" or "period").
